With great excitement, we cordially invite you to join us for a night of fine food and riveting entertainment at our very 1st Sasa Basi! Benefit Gala on April 3rd, 2016!
Inspired by the tenacity and kindess of Tanzanian villagers we have been working with, our gala event CELEBRATES global engagement, multiculturalism and diversity at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and beyond!
Sasa Basi! features a full-course dinner of traditional Tanzanian fare and showcases the incredible and diverse talents of your favourite performers. Door prizes will be available to lucky winners and raffle tickets will be available throughout the night. There will also be a photo booth present so you'll be able to relive this eye-opening night.
100% of the proceeds from Sasa Basi will support the Maji Mazuri Water Project and the Hope for Happiness Sustainable Farm in the rural village of Mugeta, Tanzania. We thank you for all of your LOVE and support!
